I’m supporting a leading manufacturing client in Gloucester who are looking to appoint an experienced QHSE Manager to lead their Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental performance across the site.

Job Description
*Lead and maintain the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and external audits
*Coordinate risk assessments and implement corrective actions across all areas
*Conduct internal audits to identify improvements and ensure compliance
*Lead investigations into hazards, near misses and accidents, driving root-cause actions
*Deliver QHSE training and promote a strong, proactive safety and quality culture

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Strong QHSE background within manufacturing
*ISO 9001 auditing experience and solid Quality exposure
*NEBOSH qualification
*Proven experience in accident investigation and EHS processes
*Excellent communication, problem-solving and training capability
