Job Description:
Job Title: Welder
Location: Leicestershire, LE4
Pay Rate: £14 - 16 per hour (Dependent on experience)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm

A reputable company within the manufacturing industry, known for its craftsmanship, reliability, and dedication to producing high-quality, custom-built products for a wide range of clients.
The Welder Role:
*MIG welding metal components according to specifications.
*Cut, grind, and shape metal parts as needed to prepare for welding and assembly.
*Interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
*Inspect metal parts before and after welding to maintain quality standards.
*Follow all safety procedures, including use of protective gear and safe handling of materials.
*Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and to specification.
About You:
*Have previous experience in welding and fabricating
*Ability to stand on feet for majority of the day
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Work well as part of a team
*Willingness to learn how to operate and possibly set other machinery as required
