Job Description:
Job Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Leicestershire, LE4
Pay Rate: £13.80 per hour
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 2:30pm and Friday, 6:30am - 11:30am

The Quality Inspector Role:
*In process (First off / patrol) inspection of machined and fabricated parts
*Read engineering drawings & symbols
*Inspection of components using both mechanical/manual & CMM devices: Micrometres, verniers, gauges & callipers
*Calibration skills for various hand inspection tools - vernier, micrometer
*Read customer specifications and understands the importance of accurate measurements
*Goods inwards inspection
*Visual inspection requirements with attention to detail
*Keeping work environment clean and tidy and practising good housekeeping
About You:
*Experience working to ISO9001:2015
*Able to read engineering drawings & symbols
*Experience using inspection tools including micrometres, verniers, gauges, calipers etc
*Must be willing to work on any shift pattern in line with business needs
*Work well in small team, reporting to Inspection Team Leader
*Weld experience desirable
*CMM Experience desirable
