Job Description:
Established educational establishment in North London are actively recruiting an experienced HR Manager to join on an ongoing temporary basis for 3-6 months to assist the HR team. You will report into the HR Director, the ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Manager with at least 10 years’ experience within the Education sector and CIPD qualified. You will join a friendly, sociable organisation that values well-being, the role will be office based 5 days with a choice of working hours of either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. Free onsite parking is available.
Key responsibilities:
*Managing employee relations issues
*Providing HR / coaching support to internal staff to assist with career progression planning
*Onboarding, recruitment, creating, amending contracts and assisting with headcount planning
*Updating HR systems and databases, creating high level HR reports
*Assisting Finance with payroll
*Actively assisting with performance reviews and supporting managers
Ideal candidate:
*10 years HR Management experience within the Education sector
*CIPD qualified (ideally)
*Advanced MS Office, I.T. savvy
*Ideally extensive experience liaising with Unions
*Used to working in a fast paced environment
