�? Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant – Brighton
Location: Brighton
Contract: Fixed Term with the possibility of it being extended, term-time only
Start Date: January 2026

? About the Role
*Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
*Working with small groups or individual pupils to provide tailored support.
*Encouraging participation and confidence in both academic and extracurricular activities.
*Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment.
�? Sports Background (Desirable but not Essential)
While not a requirement, candidates with a background in sports, coaching, or physical education will be highly valued. The school has a strong focus on wellbeing and extracurricular activities, so your skills could contribute to after-school clubs, team-building sessions, or PE lessons.

*Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
*Enthusiasm and adaptability in a busy school environment.
*Commitment to supporting learning and helping every child reach their potential.
*Previous experience working with children is beneficial, but training and support will be provided.
