Saturday Viewing Assistant
Location: Brighton & Hove
Hours: Saturdays, 9am–5pm (some flexibility).
Hourly rate: £10.00p/h - £12.50p/h DOE + company benefit package
A highly regarded independent estate agency is looking for a friendly, reliable and proactive Saturday Viewing Assistant to support their busy sales and lettings team. This is a permanent Saturday role, with the potential to increase days in the future.
You do not need previous estate agency experience — reliability, professionalism and great people skills are the priority. Their current Saturday team member has been with them for three years, starting with no experience and becoming a hugely valued part of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct multiple property viewings across Brighton & Hove
*Provide a warm, professional and informative experience to applicants
*Represent the brand with confidence and excellent customer service
*Maintain clear communication with the office regarding viewings and feedback
*Manage your diary and travel between appointments efficiently
Requirements:
*Own car and full UK driving licence
*Excellent communication and people skills
*Professional, well-presented and reliable
*Ability to work independently throughout the day
*Estate agency experience helpful but not essential
