We are seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join our successful, reputable client. This role is crucial for ensuring that all tooling is accurately set and processed in line with production schedule priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards, meeting customer requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the shop floor.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Accurately set and process tooling according to the production schedule priorities.
*Ensure all jobs are completed on time and to the correct quality standards while meeting customer requirements.
*Troubleshoot issues as they arise and respond to red-lights promptly.
*Maximise machine utilisation and overall equipment effectiveness.
*Offer flexibility to cover operator/packer duties when requested.
*Support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and 5S programs to drive change and process development across the shop floor.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter is essential.
*Strong team player with the ability to work productively and harmoniously with others.
*Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at both shop floor and management levels.
*Ability to work well and remain calm under pressure.
*Flexible and approachable attitude.
*IMT qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.
