You’ll work across the full spectrum of UK corporate tax-advisory, compliance, reporting, and governance-while engaging directly with clients and senior leadership.
What You’ll Do Corporate Tax Advisory
* Advise on loss utilisation, interest deductibility, restructurings, cash tax modelling and group simplifications
* Support tax due diligence and structuring for PE-backed deals
* Lead post-acquisition actions, refinancing, bolt-ons and exit readiness
* Provide vendor assistance and exit support on transactions
Compliance, Reporting & Governance
* Oversee UK corporation tax returns and ensure high-quality delivery
* Help design an efficient, scalable compliance model
* Support clients with tax reporting and governance
Business Development
* Originate new opportunities and support proposals, pitches, and client meetings
* Work with cross-service teams to identify multi-disciplinary tax projects
* Build relationships and identify new revenue streams
What You Bring * Strong UK corporate tax and advisory experience (ideally from a Top 20 / Big 4)
* Transaction tax/diligence/structuring exposure
* Knowledge of tax accounting and HMRC enquiry management
* Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
Qualifications * ACA/ACCA required, CTA preferred
* 7+ years’ UK corporate tax experience
