Job Description:
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for an opportunity to join a growing division of this successful Manufacturing business?
Salary up to £60k + Benefits
Base Office Location - Redditch with other sites - 2-3 days per week on-site.
Working as part of the Senior leadership team, and partnering with a number of senior stakeholders as HR Business Partner you will help embed this new role into the division.
At a time of growth and change the role will lead on integration and harmonisation of different business’s. You will lead on the roll out of a new HRIS across your business area. You will also embed a new performance management process, assist with organisational design, culture and engagement.
If you have worked within Manufacturing/ Engineering organisations and are an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys the opportunity to shape and develop a role in a growing business, with TUPE and integration experience then this is the role for you.
