Our Defence client are looking for a User Researcher / BA to support user research and adoption studies for the AI projects, driving solutions which are usable, valuable, and aligned with Defence user needs, while informing product and service design through structured insights and benefits assessments.
*Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing). (NB - the Supplier will not collect personal data as part of these activities)
*Collaborate with Product, Service, and Engineering teams to translate insights into actionable improvements.
*Conduct benefits assessments to measure impact and value delivered.
· Present findings to stakeholders to inform programme-level decision-making.
