Job Description:
A leading quantitative investment firm is looking for a Senior Risk Manager to head its EMEA Risk team. This is a high-impact leadership role within a global, technology-driven trading environment.
You’ll work closely with portfolio managers, quants, and technologists to strengthen the firm’s risk framework, innovate in analytics, and oversee portfolio and firmwide exposures across diverse strategies.
What You’ll Do:
* *Lead EMEA risk management across market, liquidity, and operational risk.
*Enhance models, stress tests, and capital allocation frameworks.
*Identify and manage factor and crowding risks.
*Partner with global teams to align risk practices and drive innovation.
Key Requirements:
* *10+ years’ experience in risk management or quantitative analysis.
*Expertise in equities and/or systematic trading strategies.
*Strong programming skills (Python, Linux).
*Deep knowledge of European markets and regulations.
*Degree in a quantitative discipline.
