Job Description:
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, we are looking to appoint a Contracts Administrator to support a small team. This role is an important position within the contracts department. The role is based in North Norwich and offer a competitive salary and great benefits and free parking.
The successful candidate will be welcomed into a fast-paced environment, where no two jobs are the same. Excellent administrative and organisational skills are essential in this role.
Role Responsibilities:
• Booking in jobs.
• Calendar management.
• Preparation of work for clients, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Liaison with clients via telephone, Team’s calls and email.
• Liaison with internal customers, external suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Use of internal company system, to update with accurate information, ensuring the Reports and Operations teams and continuously improve to the quality and timeliness of the delivery service provided
• Collation of engineers’ weekly paperwork, including job sheets, expenses, time sheets and mileage sheets.
• Making travel arrangements and booking accommodation for colleagues if they are working away.
EXPERIENCE
• Previous experience working in an office environment.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills with analytical thinking.
• Professional attitude representing the company.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
