Awell-established high street law firm in Bolton, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer with 3+PQE to join its friendly and supportive team.

Responsibilities:
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Transfers of equity
*Remortgages
*New build transactions
You’ll have the autonomy to handle files from instruction through to completion, with the support of a dedicated team.

Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 3+ PQE in Residential Conveyancing
*Strong experience in managing your own volume caseload of Residential Property transactions
*Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Ability to manage your own caseload independently
