Description
*Lead and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
*Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to senior management.
*Monitor and analyse financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
*Support decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.

Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
*Own all accounting and financial reporting for the plc holding company
*Produce monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and stakeholder reporting
*Lead the preparation of company-only financial statements for the consolidated annual report
*Coordinate annual budgeting and variance analysis
*Partner with Shared Services and Tax teams for journal reviews, intercompany balances, and tax reporting inputs
*Support internal and external audit processes
