A well-regarded regional firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with strong development experience to join its busy Leeds team. You will work closely with a lead development partner on high quality work for key long standing clients.
The Role
You will be involved in a broad mix of development focused real estate work, including:
*Residential, commercial and mixed-use development
*High value development transactions
*Planning and statutory agreements
*Supporting a range of local and national clients
*Working directly with a partner on complex matters
*Helping to build and maintain client relationships

About You
You will ideally:
*Be a qualified Solicitor with around 3 to 6 years PQE
*Have direct experience in residential, commercial or mixed-use development work
*Be confident handling high value development transactions
*Have some experience with planning or statutory agreements
*Be able to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
*Be committed to building a network and attending client or sector events
*Bring a proactive, personable and professional approach
