Assistant Management Accountant
*Annual Salary: £30k - £33k

I am seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join the finance team for a very established organisation in the Warrington area. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and experience in financial administration.

Day-to-day of the role:
*Support the preparation of management accounts in line with established procedures and timelines.
*Manage and analyse prepayments and accruals, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
*Oversee daily bank reconciliations and handle petty cash transactions, maintaining thorough and up-to-date records.
*Administer the full payroll process, including HMRC submissions and associated administrative duties.
*Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring all entries are current and compliant.
*Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
*Provide assistance to the Finance Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
