About the Role
You will work across a broad range of privately funded family law matters, including:
*Divorce and separation
*Financial remedy and property issues
*Child arrangements
*Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
*Mediation and alternative dispute resolution
You will assist a senior fee earner with more complex matters while also developing and managing your own caseload. For the right candidate, the role offers strong career progression and exposure to high-quality work.
About You
We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with:
*Between NQ and 3 years’ PQE in family law
*Experience working on private family matters
*Strong drafting, communication and client-care skills
*Confidence in managing your workload and working under supervision
*A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to team development
*An interest in marketing, writing articles, or supporting business development (desirable)
