Responsibilities:
*Business Development - Drive growth by developing new school partnerships and nurturing existing ones through regular school visits and account management.
*Candidate Sourcing - Attract, interview, and place high-quality education professionals in temporary and long-term roles.
*Sales Focused - Manage a full 360 desk with a focus on smashing commission and contributing to team billings.
*Compliance Management - Ensure all placements meet strict DfE and safeguarding standards.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in education recruitment (1-2 years minimum)
*Strong billing history and track record of target achievement
*Excellent relationship-building skills
*Resilience, pace, and commercial acumen
