Responsibilities
*Assist in the preparation and organisation of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence
*Conduct legal research using various sources and summarise findings for the PC team
*Manage and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
*Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates using organisational tools such as Microsoft Outlook
*Draft correspondence and reports with clear communication skills
*Support attorneys with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow across cases
*Utilise Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) to compile data, prepare reports, and manage documentation
*Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and data protection regulations
Requirements
*Confident with legal processes and evident use of this within a Private Client scenario
*Prior experience or knowledge of legal procedures within Private Client department or similar
*Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
*Willingness to learn and study to progress
