What You Will Be Doing:
* Supporting the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and coaching the team

* Delivering an exceptional customer experience in a busy retail environment

* Driving sales and achieving store targets

* Managing stock, deliveries, and ensuring strong retail standards

* Taking ownership of operations when the Store Manager is away

* Creating a positive and energetic workplace where the team can thrive

What We Are Looking For:
* At least two years’ experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or Supervisor

* A background in high-volume, fast-paced retail, ideally from discount, variety, or lifestyle retail

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team

* A hands-on, lead-by-example approach

* A commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and manage stock effectively
