Responsibilities:
You will handle a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
*Wills and estate planning
*Probate and estate administration
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Court of Protection work

Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor with 1+ PQE in Private Client
*Experience in managing your own caseload of Private Client matters, including Probate, Estate Administration, Tax Planning, PoA’s, LPA’s etc
*Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and client care skills
