An independent Manchester-based consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to deliver exciting projects in the residential, commercial and hotel sectors. The Project Manager will work in a team-oriented environment with a varied workload and access to high-profile schemes.
This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to build sector breadth, taking ownership of projects from feasibility through to handover and working closely with clients across Greater Manchester and beyond.
The Project Manager’s role
The Project Manager will manage multiple projects simultaneously, including hotel refurbishments, apartment developments and mixed-use commercial builds. Key duties include contract administration, managing design teams, reporting and client liaison.

* 2+ years’ experience in a consultancy setting

* Experience across residential, commercial or hotel sectors

* Relevant degree qualification

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Progressing towards chartership (MRICS or MAPM)
