The Role of the Principal Fire Engineer
As a Principal Fire Engineer, you will:
*Lead the delivery of fire strategies and engineering solutions across a variety of sectors and complex projects.
*Take responsibility for client engagement, developing long-term relationships and supporting new business opportunities in the region.
*Support with mentorship of junior grades working collaboratively with the team in helping to shape their professional development.
*Play an instrumental role in establishing and growing the Birmingham office.
*Ensure projects meet the highest standards of compliance, quality, and innovation.
About You / The Principal Fire Engineer
We are looking for:
*A proven track record in fire engineering, with experience delivering strategies and solutions across the built environment.
*Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with IFE or a similar body.
*Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
*Leadership experience, with a collaborative and supportive approach to mentoring others.
*The ambition to be part of a consultancy at an exciting stage of growth.
