A growing, multidisciplinary construction consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on a lead role within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, education, and mixed-use developments.
This opportunity would suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor with solid UK consultancy experience who is looking to progress their career within a business that values technical excellence, client service and long-term development.
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities:
*Leading the preparation of cost plans, tender documentation and procurement strategies
*Managing the tender process and contractor appointment
*Overseeing valuations, variations, and final accounts
*Advising on contract administration and financial control
*Working closely with internal project teams and external stakeholders
*Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements:
*Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field
*MRICS status preferred or working towards chartership
*2 years + experience
*Proven experience in a UK consultancy or multidisciplinary setting
*Strong understanding of cost management and contract procedures
*Sector knowledge in areas such as residential, education or commercial
*Confident communicator with a proactive and organised approach
