We’re recruiting for a qualified ACA or ACCA Accounts & Audit Senior to join a successful and supportive practice based in Northampton. The firm continues to expand at pace and offers a progressive environment where you can build a long-term career — with clear routes through to partnership for those who want it.
What You’ll Be Doing*Managing a portfolio of SME clients including OMBs, larger limited companies, partnerships, and HNWIs
*Preparing financial statements and management accounts
*Planning and delivering audits (mostly local clients)
*Advising clients on systems and processes
*Supporting tax compliance matters
*Supervising junior staff and supporting their development
You’ll have direct client contact, genuine variety in your day-to-day, and the chance to deepen both your technical and leadership experience.

The salary offered will depend on current level of experience but will be in the £45K - £50K region
