A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Insolvency Lawyer (5+ PQE) to join its dynamic Business Support and Insolvency team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented solicitor to work on high-quality matters across corporate and personal insolvency, including transactional, advisory and contentious work.
The Role:
*Handle complex insolvency matters for a diverse client base: insolvency practitioners, banks, lenders, investors, directors and individuals
*Advise on administration appointments, security reviews, business sales, winding-up petitions, bankruptcy estates and contentious insolvency litigation
*Supervise junior fee earners and collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices
*Engage in business development and networking to grow your professional profile
About You:
*Minimum 5 years PQE in insolvency law with strong technical expertise
*Excellent knowledge of the Insolvency Act 1986, Insolvency Rules 2016, and Companies Act 2006
*Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing junior colleagues
*A following or strong contacts in the insolvency profession is highly desirable
