Scheduler
Location: Shipley
Salary: £27,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
We’re working with a thriving, well-established organisation based in Shipley who are looking to expand their operations team with a proactive and organised Scheduler. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive business where you’ll play a key role in coordinating their engineer workforce across the UK.
The Role:
As Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning, allocating and managing engineer workloads to ensure customer jobs are completed efficiently and on time. You’ll work closely with engineers, customers and internal teams to keep schedules accurate, up to date and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and allocate engineers across the UK based on skillset, location and availability
* Monitor job progress and update schedules accordingly
* Respond to urgent calls and reallocate resources where needed
* Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
* Maintain accurate records and system data
* Ensure SLAs and deadlines are met
* Support the wider operations team with general administrative tasks
About You:
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communicator who can build good relationships with engineers and customers
* Able to prioritise and manage a fast-paced workload
* Confident using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office
* Experience in scheduling, coordination or a similar operations role is preferred
