Office Administrator
*Location: Preston, PR1
*Job Type: Part-time (15 hours per week)

We are seeking an Office Administrator to support a highly successful consultant in Preston. This role is ideal for someone who is organised and efficient, capable of managing multiple tasks such as adding bookings, assisting with compliance, and handling candidate registrations.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage and schedule bookings efficiently, ensuring all appointments are accurately recorded and updated.
*Assist in the compliance process by maintaining and organising necessary documentation and records.
*Support the registration of new candidates, ensuring all data is entered correctly and promptly.
*Provide general administrative support to enhance the consultant’s productivity.
*Handle communications related to bookings, compliance, and registrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in an administrative role.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
