SEN Teacher - Doncaster
Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding, flexible role in Doncaster? Academics are working closely with a number of inclusive and supportive SEN schools across the area, seeking dedicated teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons for children with a wide range of additional needs.
Position: SEN Teacher
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing positions
Pay: £140 - £220 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)
Start Date: ASAP or from a start date that suits you
About the Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, sensory needs, and complex learning difficulties.
You will deliver creative, differentiated lessons that promote progress, independence, and emotional wellbeing within a nurturing learning environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who are passionate about inclusion and seeking flexible, ongoing supply work in supportive SEN settings.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEN.
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet a wide range of learning needs.
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and SENCOs.
* Maintain assessment records and contribute to EHCP reviews.
* Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Candidate Requirements
? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent).
? Experience working with children with additional needs.
? Ability to differentiate effectively and manage complex behaviours.
? Patient, resilient, and nurturing approach.
? Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
