What does a Cover Supervisor do?
*Supervise whole classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly
*Deliver pre-prepared work and keep pupils focused and engaged
*Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
*Provide support and guidance where needed, helping pupils stay on track
*Be a positive role model, creating a calm and productive learning environment
