About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant supporting KS2 learners, you’ll play a key part in helping pupils make great progress while keeping learning engaging. Your responsibilities may include:
*Working with small groups to boost confidence and understanding
*Providing targeted intervention support
*Assisting KS2 pupils across the curriculum
*Helping create exciting, inspiring learning experiences
What We’re Looking For*Experience working with KS2 children or within a school environment
*A genuine passion for education and raising pupil attainment
*Creativity and enthusiasm for supporting engaging learning activities
*A Level 2 or Level 3 support staff qualification
