Location: South Bank - close to Southwark & London Bridge stations
Salary: £17,000 per annum
Hours: Saturday & Sunday, 7pm-7am (weekend night shifts)
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Weekend Night Porter to join the front-of-house team at a prestigious luxury residential development near the South Bank. You will be the sole point of contact during night shifts, ensuring the security, safety and comfort of residents while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence at the front desk.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced, confident working independently, and who takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

A prestigious residential building in a prime South Bank location, offering a mix of stylish apartments, communal amenities, and 24-hour concierge service, set within a vibrant and cultural area of London.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain building security and ensure the well-being of residents

* Patrol the building and garages every 3 hours

* Respond to alarms, leaks, and emergencies

* Manage parcel logging and collection

* Assist residents and greet visitors professionally

* Record incidents, contractor visits and emergencies in the night diary

* Keep the reception clean, tidy and welcoming at all times

* Liaise with senior site staff and the managing agent as needed

Candidate Requirements
* Experience in concierge, security, or customer-facing roles

* Comfortable working independently overnight

* Strong written logging and reporting skills

* Calm, professional, and proactive in unexpected situations

* Computer literate with good judgement

* SIA licence desirable, but not required
