Finance Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and innovative business. This role is ideal for a fully qualified Management Accountant or an experienced Finance Manager.
Role Overview:
*Lead and mentor a small finance team
*Take full ownership of the monthly management accounts
*Lead the month-end close across multiple entities
*Produce high-quality financial statements
*Coordinate audit deliverables and year-end reporting requirements
*Oversee wider financial operations
*Support cash flow forecasting and contribute to broader financial risk management
*Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and systems
The Ideal Candidate:
* Fully ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified

* Proven leadership experience within a growing or multi-entity environment

* Commercially astute with strong analytical capability

* Proactive, process-driven, and confident implementing improvements

In return, you’ll receive:
*Salary of £60,000-£70,000

*Working hours of 9.30am-5.30pm
