Aftercare Advisor
?? Location: Bridgwater (Hybrid after probation)

?? Hours: 37.5 per week, between 8am-5pm
Role Overview
Aftercare Advisor providing customer service excellence to B2B & B2C clients. Handling queries, technical support, warranty claims, complaint management, and engineer visits.
Key Responsibilities
*Respond to customer queries (email, phone, social media).
*Manage warranty cycle via ERP: product info, replacements, spares, orders, delivery updates.
*Coordinate engineer visits and follow-up resolutions.
*Handle complaints and warranty investigations.
*Liaise with Customer Care, Sales, Quality, Engineers.
*Ensure SLA compliance & continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
*Strong communication (verbal/written).
*Customer service background.
*Organisation & attention to detail.
*Problem-solving, analytical, multi-tasking.
*Microsoft Office proficiency.
*Team player, professional, positive attitude.
