Financial Planner Assistant / Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Financial Planner Assistant / Administrator with a strong background in administrative work within Financial Services to support our Independent Financial Advisors.
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 9am – 5pm (including 1-hour lunch)
Qualifications: Fully funded

Our Financial Planners deliver a holistic financial planning service for both personal and corporate clients, incorporating protection products, investment strategies, pension planning, and tax planning.
Your Role
*Manage a portfolio of clients within the Financial Planning Team.
*Assist with preparing reports and research for meetings, supporting Financial Planners with client work.
*Recommend improvements to client records, systems, and practices.
*Organise and support clients effectively to meet company standards and ensure timely completion before review by a Financial Planner.
What We’re Looking For
*Ideally, you will already hold or be willing to study towards a relevant Financial Planning qualification.
*The qualification covers the financial services market, regulatory context, investment principles, key product areas, and technical/advisory skills.
*Training includes private study, regular exams, and on-the-job learning to build technical, personal, and professional skills.
