A little about the role: Asbestos Surveyor
• Carrying out asbestos surveys across a varied property portfolio
• Working in domestic dwellings and occasionally commercial buildings
• Using electronic systems to record accurate survey data
• Liaising with internal teams and external contractors
• Managing your own workload effectively across the week
• Maintaining clear, accurate reporting with a keen eye for detail


What they are looking for: Asbestos Surveyor
• P402 (or equivalent) with practical asbestos surveying experience
• At least six months lead surveyor experience
• Confident communication skills and a professional manner
• Strong IT ability with confidence using Microsoft Office and survey databases
• A full UK manual driving licence
• Someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a wider team
