Job Description:
Finance & Royalties Clerk
*Part-time - 3 days per week
*Location: West London
*Salary: £18,028.39 pro-rata (full-time equivalent: £30,047.31)
Reed is working with a leading talent agency who is looking for a Finance & Royalties Clerk. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in payroll and a solid understanding of financial processes. You will support their finance department in ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across company and client accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
*Process and manage weekly/monthly payroll, including statutory deductions.
*Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
*Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
*Reconcile bank statements and support month-end and quarter-end reporting.
*Liaise with HR and HMRC as needed.
*Respond to employee payroll queries professionally and promptly.
*Post client fees to a bespoke royalties database (training will be provided in-house).
*Support ad hoc finance tasks and administrative duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Hands-on experience with SAGE Line 50 and SAGE Payroll is essential.
*Proven experience in payroll processing and finance administration.
*Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
*High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
