The Role
As a Buyer, you’ll play a pivotal role in the procurement team, driving value and building strong supplier relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
*Leading procurement projects and managing commercial negotiations.
*Overseeing supplier contracts and championing continuous improvement.
*Identifying cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with policies.
*Collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver best value across the organisation.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering hybrid working and occasional travel.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
*Experienced in purchasing indirect goods and services.
*Highly organised, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and able to manage multiple priorities.
*Skilled in Excel and knowledgeable about procurement processes.
*Ideally MCIPS qualified (or working towards it).
