Data Business Analyst
£500-550/day overall assignment rate to umbrella
6-month contract
South-West - hybrid working but flexibility
A leading financial services client are looking for a Data Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. Someone who can work closely with non-technical stakeholders and translate into clear data requirements and prepare everything needed for the engineering teams to build effective data solutions.
Data Business Analyst, key responsibilities:
*Partner with non-technical, business stakeholders
*Analyse large datasets to validate requirements and identify gaps - extensive SQL knowledge
*Understand and evaluate existing ETL processes - ideally Matillion for ETL
*Work with data engineering function
*Collaborate on the design of data models
*Maintain documentation
Data Business Analyst, key skills:
*Proficient in SQL for data analysis
*Solid understanding of ETL - Matillion is preferable
*Snowflake experience - or understanding of another cloud data warehouse environment
*Strong analytical mindset
