Your responsibilities:
As Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will oversee critical liquidity reports ensuring compliance with UK, Basel III/IV regulations and PRA requirements. Collaborating globally across Finance teams and engaging with Treasury, Risk Management, Compliance, Investor Relations, Technology, and Change Management stakeholders will be central to your role. You’ll maintain governance frameworks while supporting audits and driving process improvements. Success requires technical expertise paired with strong interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships across diverse teams.
Key duties include:
*Engage collaboratively with business partners to resolve issues efficiently and offer insightful guidance on liquidity matters.
*Monitoring control frameworks and implementing enhancements where needed.
*Providing subject matter expertise on liquidity regulations to global stakeholders.
*Contributing to strategic change initiatives improving data quality and operational efficiency.
What you bring:
You’ll have substantial experience in regulatory reporting within major financial institutions and proven expertise interpreting complex regulatory requirements like Basel III/IV or PRA guidelines. Your analytical mindset ensures accuracy when scrutinising large data sets while your IT skills enable efficient report generation. Strong interpersonal abilities allow you to collaborate effectively across teams and present insights confidently to senior stakeholders.
Key qualifications:
*At least five years’ experience in external/internal regulatory reporting within financial services environments.
*Understanding of UK/Basel III/IV regulations governing liquidity metrics (e.g., IRRBB).
*Advanced IT literacy with proficiency in data analysis tools relevant to finance functions.
*Proven ability to drive change management initiatives focused on process improvement or policy updates.
*Excellent stakeholder management skills across varying levels of seniority.
