We are seeking a Lead Offshore Geotechnical Engineer for a permanent role with a leading geotechnical services provider in the offshore energy sector. Key Responsibilities of the Lead Offshore Geotechnical Engineer:
* Take the lead in managing and executing offshore geotechnical investigations for major projects

* Provide expert geotechnical analysis, including soil sampling, testing, and interpretation of data

* Lead the design, evaluation, and optimization of geotechnical solutions for offshore foundations and infrastructure

* Oversee a team of engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff

* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

* Ensure compliance with industry safety, quality, and environmental standards

* Develop and deliver technical reports, presentations, and recommendations to clients

Requirements to be considered:
* Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; MSc preferred

* Relevant offshore geotechnical experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role

* In-depth knowledge of geotechnical site investigations, soil mechanics, and offshore foundation design

* Experience with offshore geotechnical software, analysis tools, and investigation techniques

* Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams

* Live in or near to Norfolk

*Full right to work in the UK
