Sales Executive – Sales Academy Opportunity
Location: GL7
Salary: Starting at £27,500 + Uncapped Commission
Hours: First month 9-5pm and 1 in 6 Saturdays - After your first month you will work shift patterns to match the rest of the business (6-week rota basis):
* 8am - 4:30pm

* 10:30am - 6pm

* 11:30am - 8pm

* 1 in 6 Saturdays

As a Sales Executive, you’ll provide a consultative service
This will include:
*Engaging with warm leads - no cold calling
*Building rapport and conduct fact - finding conversations
*Clearly explaining product benefits and overcome objections
*Working towards individual and team sales targets
You don’t need experience - Just the right mindset.
You must be:
*Motivated by targets and earnings
*Confident communicators and active listeners
*Quick learners, open to feedback and development
