Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Our client, a leading national law firm, is expanding its specialist Healthcare team and is seeking ambitious legal professionals at all levels to join the team across its UK offices.
About the Role:
Join a dynamic and growing department that advises on all areas of healthcare law, including:
*Clinical negligence claims
*Healthcare regulation and advisory
*Representing clients such as NHS bodies, medical indemnifiers, private hospitals, clinics, care homes and individual clinicians
Role responsibilities may include:
*Case management (pre-litigation and litigated)
*Drafting pleadings and legal advice
*Advocacy and court attendance
*Client relationship management and secondments
*Supervision, mentoring and business development
*Meeting KPIs, SLAs and contributing to operational targets
About You:
*Qualified Solicitor
*Experience in defendant clinical negligence essential
*Knowledge of CPR and strong claims handling ability
*Excellent drafting, communication and analytical skills
*Commercial awareness and strong time management
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
