A well-established regional law firm in West Sussex is seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Lawyer to lead its thriving Private Client Department. About the Role:
You will head a busy and successful Private Client team consisting of 12 staff, including 7 Fee Earners. The department handles a broad range of matters including:
*Wills and Estate Planning
*Probate and Estate Administration
*Trusts
*Court of Protection
In addition to managing the team, the role involves handling a personal caseload and contributing to the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements:
*Minimum 5 years PQE in Private Client law
*Proven leadership or supervisory experience
*STEP qualification or working towards it (highly desirable)
*Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
*Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
This position offers excellent career progression, with the potential to advance to Board level for the right candidate.
