What we’re looking for*Proven experience in account management and client relationship building within the Transactional Mail or Direct Mail industry
*Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
*Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
*Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
