This is your chance to join a growing, close-knit team dedicated cruise experts delivering exceptional cruise holidays to clients worldwide.
We’re looking for an experienced Cruise Travel Consultant who can bring expertise, personality and professionalism to every customer interaction.
This is a full-time, fully remote role working within the hours of 8am – 8pm on a rota basis. Our client can offer a highly competitive salary up to £28k plus bonus (OTE £45,000), regular incentives, travel discounts & educational trips and clear opportunities for career progression.

Role of Cruise Sales Consultant:
*Create inspiring, tailor-made cruise holidays
*Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
*Provide accurate costings and quotations
*Process bookings efficiently and with precision
*Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
*Maximise each client’s experience and overall satisfaction
Skills required for the role:
*Previous, recent experience in a cruise sales role
*Strong knowledge of cruises, cruise line systems, and packaging (no GDS required)
*Proven sales ability with strong business acumen
*Confidence, professionalism, and a natural flair for building rapport
*Knowledge of worldwide travel destinations
*Highly organised with strong computer skills + ability to manage multiple systems
*Ability to perform well under pressure
*Thrives in a busy sales environment
*Ready to join a small, friendly team and hit the ground running ASAP
