What You’ll Be Doing:
*Sampling all incoming materials to verify quality
*Checking materials against approved specifications
*Creating and updating documentation for quality records
*Updating batch status on electronic Inventory Management Systems such as SAGE or SAP
*Maintaining a clean and organised Sampling Booth and sampling areas
*Carrying out general office duties, including filing documentation
*Keeping training records up to date at all times
*Adhering strictly to GMP / GDP regulations
*Supporting other tasks as required within your skillset and training
What We’re Looking For in You:
*Experience in general administration or quality control roles
*Attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to follow procedures and regulations accurately
*Good communication skills and team-minded attitude
*Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
*Experience with inventory management or related systems (SAGE / SAP) is a bonus but not essential
