Location: Leigh
Salary: Up to £27000
Full Time Office Based
Holidays: 26 Plus Bank Holidays
35 Hour working week - 12.30 finish on a Friday!
Overview
Elevation Recruitment are currently working with a manufacturing business to support them with the recruitment of a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent basis.
They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator who will play a key role in supporting customers, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining strong relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Main Duties: * Process customer orders in live with the set SLAs
* Work alongside procurement and logistics to ensure orders are not getting backlogged
* Work closely with the Finance team to resolve credit queries and invoice discrepancies.
* Handle customer complaints, acting as the key contact between customers and internal teams to reach swift resolutions.
* Keep the customer database updated with delivery instructions, contact details, and other essential information for team visibility.
* Provide accurate lead times, delivery schedules, and stock availability to customers upon request.
* Release pricelists and issue quotations in line with supervisor instructions and the approvals process.
* Keep customers informed of any service or product changes.
* Review picking lists to enable timely shipment of orders.
Candidate Experience: * Proven experience in customer service is essential.
* Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines.
* Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Confident phone etiquette and professional customer interaction.
