Description
*Assist in the development of templates and systems used to generate business correspondence (letter, documents etc)
*Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing systems.
*Collaborate with the Technology team to deliver project objectives.
*Analyse technical requirements and provide innovative solutions.
*Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
*Ensure all work aligns with the organisation’s standards and practices.
*Document processes and provide technical reports as needed.
*Engage in professional development to enhance technical skills.
Profile
Must haves:
*A Degree in an IT related subject or scientific subject which had an element of programming
*MS Word
*Strong communication skills
