Asbestos Surveyor - Newport
Coverage - South Wales, South West (Bristol/Bath)
£27,000 - £37,000 + Benefits + Opportunities to gain further qualifications
My client is a multidisciplinary titan in which progression is encouraged within the job role of asbestos surveying that they currently have vacant and looking to fill imminently.
A company that has been operating in the market for 30 + years in disciplines such as water services, fire industry but most importantly asbestos consultancy. They cover all bases; asbestos surveying, asbestos managing and asbestos testing.
Key Duties of an Asbestos Surveyor:
*Able to identify asbestos containing materials
*Assess the risk of materials that contain asbestos
*Possess a high quality of communication skills both verbally and written
*Confidently produce a concise and accurate report after surveying
*Work in a timely manner to adhere to deadlines set
*Have an up to date knowledge of industry guidelines.
Qualifications Required for an Asbestos Surveyor:
*BHOS P402 qualified
*Valid and reliable experience in a similar role
*Full UK driving license
